Today on 19th October 2023 at past 11:30p.m I saw this video and now I was able to relate my transition from Tamasic to Rajasic to Sattvic.This process took a very long time rather many years.But now I was able to clearly understand it.I can't thank you enough, but it was indeed helpful.
