Hi, great route and great video. Is there something special you use to show your ride data as an UI on your videos?

Thank you! I use a piece of software called Telemetry Overlay to add the ride data.

Thank you so much for the comment! I originally got a camera and started recording rides because I couldn't find this video, so knowing I'm not alone is awesome. Enjoy the ride, it's shaping up to be a beautiful day

Holy crap, nice job! In my comment on your Niagara Falls video, I said how I dreaded Clifton Hill. I would never make it up this hill. Nice the woman gave you some encouragement, "You can do it". I never knew this road existed. I'll have to check it out. But in my Jeep, not my bike, lol 🙂

There's a nice path down to a quiet fishing spot right there, definitely worth the drive!

I enjoyed the video! I've always wanted to explore the US side of the Niagara River but always spend most of my time riding on the Canadian side when I visit Niagara. I wondered what the old Robert Moses Parkway bike trail was going to look like so thanks for posting. Very nice they did that but it looks like it needs to be repaved. I'll have to try it out next time I visit. Don't think I 'll go all the way to Lewiston though. That ride back up just might kill me, lol. Thanks for the video!

I actually started recording these rides because I kept searching for videos showing what these routes looked like from the ground level and couldn't find any. I'm glad it was able to help! When riding to Lewiston I normally ride east out of it to avoid going back up the escarpment that way 😅 or even continue north to Youngstown/Fort Niagara. Route 18F is super scenic and pretty low traffic, it makes for a great ride.

Very nice video! I'm jealous you are close to Niagara Falls. That would be awesome to do that loop taking the Peace Bridge into Canada, riding along the Niagara Parkway then going back to the USA on the Rainbow Bridge. How many total miles is that? Good job getting up Clifton Hill! You made it look easy. I visit Niagara Falls at least once a year and bring my bike along. I always dread going up Clifton Hill but refuse to get off my bike and walk it up. One year, I had a small crowd clapping for me and telling me I could do it, lol. I've only ever driven across the Peace Bridge and always wondered what it would be like walking or bicycling over. Thanks for showing it. I wish they had a bicycle only lane on Rainbow Bridge. I hate having to use the vehicle lanes to get to the state park.

Thank you for your comments! This route from my doorstep is about 45 miles, but I'm a good few miles away from the river. I think the only reason Clifton Hill looked easy was the noise from the tourism attractions covering up the huffing and puffing! That hill is no joke

@@patrick8574 Lol, but your speed going up Clifton Hill didn't seem to go below 8mph. I struggle to keep 5mph. That's cool how your map and speed is on the screen and in some of your other videos it shows your heart rate and rpm. What are you using that shows that telemetry?
