Beginning at the US entrance to the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls I ride the Robert Moses Recreation Trail until it connects to the old Robert Moses Parkway/Niagara Scenic Parkway. The old southbound lanes have been converted to another recreational path, which I continue on until reaching Lewiston (and stopping for lunch).
