That was just amazing to watch. The air fryer looks like a fabulous piece of equipment. I can't afford anything right now. But I really appreciate the demonstration. I love Jaques Pepin. He's divine. You're pretty darn divine yourself.

I love that they put a finger loop to pull the tray out instead of finger holes that food falls into! If I didn't already have THREE air fryers! They gotta stop raising the bar every couple of weeks, I can't keep up. Thanks so much for the deboning technique. I will definitely give that a try and probably grill it whole for some fancy points! Great video!

Chris, Since they're your sponsor, can you convince Typhur to make an air fryer in stainless steel? I saw you said it was in ceramic but the coated ceramics and the others in teflon scare me. Id love one in stainless. Nobody makes one in this style, and I know tons of people would be interested, and I'd be customer #1 for stainless in this design.

Love the technique video. I also love Alex, French guy. He is so funny, with his French frustration at his cooking experiments. Thanks for an inspiring video, I want to give deboning a try. Can’t believe that was your first time. I was assuming many chickens had been “road killed” in the making of this video.

It amazes me that people stay on keto for a long time. Who wants to live the rest of their life? Trying to make special recipes and things like that. I did keto for 90 days, but strict keto... Not this nonsense like we're eating keto desserts and keto breads... You just eat meat and eggs and butter and cheese. I lost 45 lb in 90 days, then I went back to eating a normal diet, but two meals a day and then one meal a day, once I got accustomed to the two. Ended up losing another 55 lb after I stopped doing keto because I had already repaired my insulin resistance. For anybody that thinks I'll just gain the weight back, it's been 9 years since I left the keto diet... Haven't gained a pound Also anybody thinking this is a young man's game, I did the diet in middle age. I'm in the same size pants I was wearing 30 years ago. My point is, I think people take so long on keto, because they keep eating breads and desserts and things like that, just go whole hog, and eat. Nothing like that, for a few months until you're better. Like all these women, that show you how to make keto desserts, and they're all morbidly obese. But yet they've had their keto channel for years, if they were legitimately doing keto, they would not still be fat. I lost a half a pound a day when I was on that diet. If they were living in ketosis they would be thin Oh and for anybody that thinks, you need to exercise... I did not exercise even one minute. The entire time I was on the keto diet. I felt that I was too heavy to work out, so I ate until I got so full. I had to unbutton my pants, after every meal, and I watched a lot of movies and TV and played video games as I lost a half a pound every single day

Carnivore bread is like vegan hotdogs. It makes no sense. Just eat a slice of bread... My nana lived over 100 years and she ate everything in sight! Passed away peacefully too. But she also had her loving family present her entire life. The power of good energies and love present in your environment, and being a good and loving soul yourself, is better for you than any substance you can consume. So my friends, just eat the bread. Don't pass up on a dinner roll at the table that your grandma made because you're on some bs diet

We used to have a great French restaurant near us that we patronized as frequently as possible. Their chicken was definitely the best we ever had, even though they certainly didn’t have air fryers back then. It’s too bad it closed due to the chef’s retirement. As for the air fryer, mine is a PowerXL which has many of the same features but is definitely smaller. Also no app, which would certainly be convenient. Unfortunately, I simply don’t have room for yours, especially since I just bought an ice cream maker. (I love ice cream but simply won’t eat commercial versions. They just don’t fit my food lifestyle anymore.)

I made a version of this tonight and it was SOOOOO GOOD. I had some left over bacon that I added, and I used fresh green beans from my garden (instead of spinach). I added the green beans (steamed) into the chicken/bacon/cream sauce, it was absolutely wonderful. My hubby had seconds and claimed the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Definitely in the rotation now.
