❤Hey Ash, Chris question:in your Hamburger buns recipe there is no cheese but in your Hot Dog buns there is Jarlsburg...so should we use the HB or HD recipe for both or not...and can you use mozzarella for the Jarlsburg? Hello. Good questions. You can use either but I find the jarlsberg offers a nice flavor element for the hot dog buns specifically. Mozzarella would have the same function but not the same flavor profile.
