I’m fixing to order the 110 quart Monday thanks for the video
Where can I buy this?
You are a highly skilled (and determined) cook! Nice work.
Sir, you nailed it on the mods....well done!!
I cya nupe
Over cooked
Just discovered your channel, great information. With respect, the music is too loud and distracting and makes it tough to hear your voice at times.
Preciate the feedback. I picked up a lapel mic and that should help!
Hello Wade, spoke to you last Saturday from Japan and wanted to let you know I enjoyed speaking with you. Take care stay safe and be blessed. Eric
I have tried Horse meat before and I absolutely loved it. Its also very healthful but I am NEVER gonna eat it again. Something about it just feels wrong.
What brush did you use in this video? Thank you for this informative video! Just getting started with my Kong.
It was an old one we had around the house. Harbor freight is where I picked it up I'm pretty sure. I just wanted a short handle and flat broom, not the vertical ones that are usually hand held.
What brush did you use in this video? Thank you for this informative video! Just getting started with my Kong.
So I just picked up a hand brush from my local hardware store. Nothing special. I just wanted horizontal bristles not vertical like the normal hand brushes are made.
Awesome Videos! Do you know if the Kamado Joe's slo-roller accessory will fit the Kong?
I don't know. But check out the BBQ Brethren forum. I'd bet a paycheck the answer is in there!
When you said heehaw ya had me Budz :) subbed and liked. I don't know why I'm here lol I don't eat horse...About to watch you eat it though!!!
You made it look good id even try it lol.....Funny AF how you got your kids!!!!
Haha preciate it! They still still haven't forgiven me lol
Im deep diving on your channel right now for these kong videos thank you and im loving what ive seen so far
That's wassup. Let me know if you have any questions. I live that cooker!
@TREmendousQue I just got my kong in 2 weeks ago and I've been doing a ton of cooking on it so far
You suck at cooking
Gave 👍 bc I wanted to see the difference between beef rib eye and horse steak. I swear the store sold horse. Not a national store. It was very dense and huge for the price. I actually didn't do the purchase and only ate four small bites. Now, I feel like your children. Freaked out.
One thing to trick the kids. I'd be pissed as a customer though
Whoa! That was different and fast but effective. I was looking for the intro. S.L.O.W.
Lol yea trying my hand something new to stay active and keep my money! 😆
Lol yea trying my hand something new to stay active and keep my money! 😆
I just burn it off and wire brush whats left before putting something on. Less time and elbow grease. I would use the block on a flat grill though, using a lil splash of soda water helps also.
Yea i do it like you too. This is definitely a deep clean method, I use a wooden scraper with grooves for the grates for quick cleans post cooks. Be careful with thise wire brushes, I have seen the bristles end up in food before.
I wish I could find this in the USA; I've been looking all over to no avail Let me know if you have a source ALSO, serve it with horseradish creme You're supposed to eat horse with horseradish, it's even suggested in the namesake
No horse meat in USA
I'm the only one that eats it. Probably have to find a specialty store to source it.
Not even specialty stores that sell gator, rabbit, snake, etc?
@@TREmendousQue Correct
Nothing strange about it.
I believe horse is biblically ok to eat
Kong is superior to the Yeti in everyway. An awesome cooler.
I VIOLENTLY AGREE!!! An engineering marvel. They just don't compare.
I miss horse meat in my taco bell I don't eat taco bell much anymore
Taco Bell 🤨
A BBQ FAN? You never cease to amaze me Son! That lamb looks goodt too. Can you be my neighbor. Lol
Nice video! This is one of my favorite things to cook, every time I make it for friends they say it’s the best they’ve ever had. Fun to see your take on it too. Keep up the good work 👍
Preciate it! Those must be some good friends lol that's a nice cut!😂
Now the process is interesting. Still trying to see if we can do pineapple juice, fruit punch, lemonade and smoke that. Lol We can add orange or cherry to top! Mocktales for me and the little ones 😂
That sound is fire! And those flats and drumsticks look delightful. Sounds like good music to my ears. ❤
Brah, I am headed to your flat. Where do you live, lol?
Oddly sexual and I love it
Sizzle is music! Looking good!
I was just thinking yesterday that you hadn't made a video in a while. That looks like sum-n I need to make part of my repertoire. Keep 'em coming, brotha
KZread sent me a email saying I was about to be on the naughty list for not posting in 6 months. I tried to reason with them but "the man" won smh lol gotta figure it out
I guess the kids didn't like it
Lol nope 😃
I prefer well done
You’ve earned my subscription!!!!!!
That's wassup! Thank you
I've eaten horse in Belgium and Germany, no big issue. Guessing you are in/were in Canada? given that it is illegal to sell horse meat in the US, though not illegal to eat (except for 4 states).
Never been to Canada. I was in Germany when I made this video.
Delicious with onions and potatoes.
Your lid is made to be opened if it against something flat like a truck bed because the back of the lid has 45 degree cut in back.
An engineering marvel! Seriously love this cooler!
I ate horse meat once, it actually taste good but here in my country is expensive and rare 😄
Where are you?
I ride horses and im watching this 😹looks good tho
😂🤣😂
Great video. Ihave the exact Kong. I highly recommend.
Team Kong!!!
That's a badass cooler.
Hell yea! get you one!
I have a important question. I want to do the same thing as well. I don't have the money to purchase a food truck, that's the goal. I can purchase a bbq trailer. My question. does it benefit, going this route to build money. Is it fast money or slow money in return?
Hey, that's a good question. Unfortunately I don't have a direct/short answer. One thing you should do before you pull the trigger is check the local and state regulations for vending. Most require food trucks or street vendors to have a commissary kitchen. That is a commercial kitchen space to store and prepare food. Most cities have them and you can sign a contract/lease for storage and access. Once you know the answer to that then start looking into a truck or trailer. Food concession trailers you can pull are less expensive than a food truck. Either way, make sure the truck/trailer is in line with the local and state policy before you pull the trigger. There are usually requirements for things like the number of sinks (food, hand wash, etc.) and food storage etc... It's a little bit of work, but the best bet to save you some time researching, is scheduling a in-person or phone interview with the approval agency, explain to them your plans and let them tell you what requirements you will need to satisfy. Sorry this wasn't the simple answer you were probably looking for, but hopefully it helps. If you have any other questions, let me know.
You are the embodiment of evil. Horses are not food
Excellent recipe. Essential tips were very useful.
Glad you liked it
Was looking at orca, but just noticed Kong. Kong seems to be a little better.
Agreed, similar performance between the two, so then it just came down to price and perks and the Kong has a cool factor I don't think any other manufacturer is beating right now.
I've.....never heard if this. Looks good surprisingly.
I have discovered a ton of different foods while traveling, and I still have not been to Asia yet, so there is a lot more bbq to discover ;)
Hi there, francophone here. You might to ask your local butchers for a “gros bout de poitrine” which the French term for the area where the brisket cut is taken in American butchery. Great technique by the way!
Johnnyboy! where were you two years ago brother!!! lol I just moved back to the states, but if I ever go back, I keep this handy!
I have been searching for coolers to buy that aren't Yeti. This might fit my need. I can't wait until you get back into the competitions.
You and me both! check out this review/comparison...kzread.info/dash/bejne/kWSNz7mvfNnJgqQ.html (feel free to watch the whole video). I might do a comparison with the coolers I already own if my household goods ever show up!
Consuming the ice cream probably helped more than the water. I would have suggested milk, as opposed to water. I ain't trying the challenge. I will take your word for it
milk would had had me and my stomach down bad lol the ice cream aint help much... but the cooling effect was better than nothing.
Welcome back to this side of the pond Wade, nice to see you back on the channel too! Dunno about that big cutting board attachment tho, looks a little unstable on the edges? perhaps they should have moulded in a recessed space on the top instead of on the handle...love the rubber stoppers and the bottle opener on the other hand
preciate it! yea the board has some give to it. to your point they actually sell a traction pad for the top to prevent movement of the board if you place it up there. for the handle, I can see more than dicing soft veggies like garlic or tomatoes. the rubber stoppers are friggin genius!
