A few years ago, you suggested that I try using lump charcoal because my wife and one of my daughters seemed to be allergic to the binding agent in typical charcoal. The lump charcoal has worked perfectly, which means I can continue using lump charcoal and not have to resort to gas grills. You are a genius, gracias.
