Hi Ethan Yet another beautiful house is going to bite the dust. Really sickening. I didn’t see anything wrong with this house so why demolish it. No mold, no fallen ceilings no nothing. That thing you were looking at by the kitchen is called a bellows.. I never lived anywhere that had a fireplace but I think it fans the fire. Just another nice house going into the history books. This always makes me feel sad. Thank you Ethan for sharing this lovely house with us. I’m sorry to think as I write this comment that house is gone.😢. Stay safe and take care.

This house was updated a lot. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, windows, etc. Really does not resemble a 1970's house. Great video. Thank you. It's a fireplace bellows.

It is such a shame to see homes like this being destroyed when the present housing market is so inflated. My son has a master's degree in physics/engineering/mathematics and his wife likewise has a degree in graphic design. Even with both of them working they have been trying so hard to find a home that is affordable. The average home price under the current (democratic) administration has made it impossible to buy a home. For comparison: My parents bought a home in the 1960's for $9600. At the time my dad made almost $15,000 annually (no high school education). In the late 1980's I bought a home for $19,000 & my annual income was $24,000 (high school graduate only). Now the average home price is $300,000 to $500,000 and a couple with master's degrees and 2 incomes can't earn $200,000 annually combined. Plus, my son is working one full-time job and 2 part-time jobs that pay decent money by today's standards. They have been married for 5 years and cannot find a decent home at an affordable price. I sure hope change comes after the next presidential election or the USA is doomed.

In your video (which by the way stays up for years so shouldn’t matter when someone views or comments - be thankful someone is even viewing your post from that long ago…) you said “click like, dislike, comment you don’t care” I was giving honest feedback and asked a valid question - where is this? That should have been first thing mentioned. No worries..yeah, I’ll watch something else…and hopefully make up for the twenty minutes of my time that was wasted since you obviously couldn’t care less about what people think…nice job…
