I love sky lights but had to remove the one in my house after repairing it twice for a significant leak both times. That seemed to be a pretty big issue with this house, sky lights leaking. Loved the curved wall by the staircase and the staircase itself. Thanks, Ethan, for taking all of us on these great tours!

Ethan, I wonder if the trees were marked to be taken down? When trees are being cut down in our neighborhood they always mark the trees with numbers in blue. The damage to this house is minimal compaired to a lot of homes you explore. The staircase is beautiful. Imagine the flooring in black & white checked instead of the white & black striped. Something about the flooring I don't care for. Love the amount of light, rooms are good sized, staircase, layout, and the sunroom/porch area. 😢 to see this one go.

I live in Bend, Oregon and we have a restaurant, Pine Tavern, they have a tree growing out of the middle of the floor in the dining room. Great food. BTW I bet the basement had a massive flooding. And the basement had to be ripped out. Probably too costly to repair and it was written off by the insurance company. Beautiful house. Thank you for the explore Ethan. There was some mold and water damage, but probably fixable. Overall, the house is in decent shape. I like the clean, open areas with all that sunlight. Sad that it's going to be destroyed.

It’s still a really nice house. That sun room I kind of remember along with the room next to it. Nice foyer and staircase. If that room was a dining room it’s odd to have the laundry room adjacent to it. The kitchen and the living area next to it probably the heart of the home. Nice setting. At first I thought the traffic noise was a rustling creek. It’s still quite wasteful to demolish this very liveable home. What will all these rich people building massive mansions do when the economy changes for the worse and they can no longer afford to live in them and nobody can afford to buy them. Then more waste. This house could be turned into a treasure instead of a pile of rubble. Thanks Ethan for another great explore. Take care be well and always stay safe on your adventures!

Is it like you said this is a very nice home my favorite room of course is the kitchen and I am very surprised that they didn’t take the appliances like the stove and the washer and dryer and some other things that could be salvaged but I guess it is what it is. Nice explore Ethan; just goes to show that all nice houses don’t have to be top end and have expensive fit outs,that would be nice to fix up and repair for someone, if it was mine I would be installing ceiling fans and a few split system aircon units,but otherwise I don’t believe a great deal of work would be needed for living in, such a shame it’s being demolished! I think this was a very decent looking home. I can imagine that in the months that the foliage was alive, it was really nice, and with the treehouse in the back, and the views from the abundant amount of windows, the decks and the set up of the kitchen, I'm guessing a family lived there possibly, and enjoyed many fun and relaxing times there, hopefully. I did like the tile with black marble striping, and all the windows allowing the large amount of natural light to fill the space! The kitchen was very nice and had some charm to it as well! Always a great adventure!😎🤟✌️

Hi Ethan, I know you don’t like giving any information on your location because of people coming in to vandalize the place but how about giving some information on Bank that own property and giving house chance to be saved. It brakes my heart to see such beautiful property being demolished specially Victorian homes that you had in your past abandoned properties, perhaps there will be group of people that will fight to save these beautiful properties and demand restoration to City.

first of all thankyou for a great video I really like the style of the home the kitchen had a great layout but the yard was huge and again no swimming pool the laundry was in a awkward spot that part looked like the dinning room so the washing machine and clothes dryer can be in the basement and where the washing machine and clothes dryer were can be turn into a butlers pantry but a great video and thank you to Carlo for the ending off the video and to you to Ethan and see you on the next video
