It’s just amazing to me on how so many people that have that kind of money is able to achieve such things but of course that’s just in my lifetime of living and I guess I’m just a common person 🥴, but these homes were absolutely gorgeous and it is a shame that they’re coming down and there’s still a lot more in these homes that can be repurposed but apparently they just don’t care to do that but it is what it is. No character, no design. I do want to let you know you made my heart extremely happy letting the sun shine for one last time. I smiled for each window you did. You are a good soul. Don't let the futility of what you experience pull you down. It is so sad but also needs to be documented. Thanks for your skill and love as you move through each house.

That was so sad, almost devastating to see such beauty turned into wreckage. Those homes were understated elegance at its best. What a waste of resources. Those homes were supposed to last so much longer. The monstrosities being built will make someone quite wealthy but are already an eyesore. If I were one of the original homeowners I would be heartbroken. Ethan thank you for doing such a great job documenting these beautiful homes that have met such an untimely demise. Shows how destructive the police are. Many things broken that otherwise could have been sold or given away. Even blinds could have been sold or donated to someone building on a budget. So sad. Found some information that these were not 2004 built, they were 1980s built. The year you saw on windows was the year they were replaced. Over the years they had obviously been extensively renovated. Only more recently been bought out by developers. Owners were paid out handsomely and owner allowed to live rent free for 2 years. I do think as I said earlier, that homes should have been stripped and items sold or donated to budget home buyers not left to be destroyed by target practice police. This is worse than if vandals had gotten in, know that entire area was fenced off and under security after owners hsd moved on. None of damage done by vandals.

Yes I agree 100% where a lot of them can be donated for the homeless, domestic violence for women and men and children, etc..... or the single parents who work hard and struggle and live in tents or campers with they're children give them a blessing, just like the person who had it built or abandoned it got a blessing.

Sounds like criminal activity to me! What family can build 3 mansions at once only to lose them? Why would police have been allowed to use the houses for practice unless they temporarily owned them? I think they were confiscated, whether for taxes or other felonious criminal activity. The auction held there would be anoyher clue. Or maybe they went bankrupt. Or maybe they just got old and died. But all of them at once? I want to know more! Lol On 2nd thought, might the water table have risen after construction and flooded all 3 basements? Just odd they are all 3 flooded to about the same depth.

Hi Ethan 😎🏎💨,I remember all those mansions when they were in great condition at one time,it’s a shame to knock down mansions like that and have them destroyed gradually and your right these mansions took a huge beating, maybe you can do a future video of how the buildings will look in their place 🌇,can’t wait to see your next beautiful mansion🏡😁
I hear the geese flying by. In the U.S. we have Canadian geese fly by literally in squadrons. Those geese in Canada must be American geese flying in tandem. We share our air force with each other. 🤣
It's so sad to see beautiful home going to be demolish
I love your videos because your heart in so into them. Young age old pure soul 😊❤❤
Yeah, that looks like SWAT training fire armed shooting....
Ethan, you are so funny! Everything around you is smashed and ruine and youre closing whats left of the cabinet doors!!
I remember seeing all the videos on these houses and now the kicked in doors and the practice rounds everywhere make a lot more sense after you mentioned it was used by the police
To much is given, to much is expect. How could these privileged people with beautiful homes, just give them up without hesitation and just leave these fine homes. These homes look so abandoned and lost. Their humans left. Shame on them.
That is what they call an Infinity Edge Tub, just like some inground pools. I am certain You know that. Hope I got U thinking about getting on the Home Improvement line of work? You would be great, I can tell. You love the fine details, so You have Got It!
Why they keep demolishing these houses for.
Nice to see the houses again it's sad they demolish them.
The word facade is correct for that fake brick, uts pronounced fasad, the c is an s sound. FYI
THE ROOSTER 🐓 IS SINGING HE MAY BE CLOSE TO THE OTHER HOMES.
WOW!! It's a lot to take in, kinda leaves you feeling as if (it's done, it's over ) Things are just things....
Hi, where's the links to the videos you mentioned at start? Thanks?

All I can say is wasteful wasteful ! One of these days people will wake up and it will be to late! Its always about money money money and TAXES!!!!!!!
I remembered when those phones was brand new. Old school to Ethan, nostalgic to me 😂
Why is there so much water downstairs ? 😅
Ethan Nail in the coffin for 3 lovely places, thanks Ethan for going out and beyond from when it was 3 lovely abodes, to its abandonment and deterioration to vandalized to 1/2 there to all gone. And we can see the CAT does not decrim between $1000 Italian Marble bathroom its ALL goes back to landfill.
Yes I agree 100% where a lot of them can be donated for the homeless, domestic violence for women and men and children, etc..... or the single parents who work hard and struggle and live in tents or campers with they're children give them a blessing, just like the person who had it built or abandoned it got a blessing.
My parents house was built in 2004. And they’ve just renovated it last year, but this sort of design is very similar to what ours used to be. Ours was a lot less luxurious obviously.
I can see those being demolished in a few years...why would anyone want to live near where a train passes by.
