One thing to learn from all these videos is that someone ALWAYS goes towards the "noise" to "investigate" and that's always fatal. Also the people that delay and don't run away or storm the attacker die. Lesson learned: ALWAYS do something and move away from noise, don't just hide or freeze.

why didn’t the police magdump an active shooter? I mean yeah police here is a lot more tame than in the US but still it was an active shooter situation and all force was authorized

I think my previous comment didn't go through. It would've been better for cops to aim shots, rather than just mag-dump. Since the area wasn't cordoned off, the risk of collateral would've been too high to just fire quickly. Even after 2 shots, the police struck the shooter in the neck, so they must've been aiming well.

why would dylan and eric just leave the library let so many people go like that, if they werent sure if there was anyone there, they should have at least heard a lot of footsteps of large crowd of people fleeing to the other exit of the library right after they left it, but they chose to ignore it and went on their own, i guess they were just really aiming to have fun while doing the whole thing and not taking as many lifes as they can

Es... Tan raro lo ocurrido en Erfurt. Tipo, acostumbrados a masacres tipo Columbine, es raro ver a un tirador que no mata estudiantes y que solo mata a un grupo determinado de personas. Que el tirador fuese un Columbiner (según las autoridades y amigos), lo hace mas extraño.

The yellow dots are Patti Nielson (who fled into the break room), Patrick Ireland (who escaped out of the library windows), and Lisa Kreutz (who stayed under table 2 until the SWAT team arrived).
