This is really helpful and cute at the same time. When a pro teaches us it looks effortless and easy but it's not. Seeing her struggle helps me because I too make those mistakes. Love the commentary at the end!

this video has the right advice - you want the ball to be infront of you so that you increase accuracy. If you take it too early (and hitting behind yourself), your follow through will cause the ball hit the glass.

Hey, I'm interested in the pallap rackets, I'm looking at the power velocity pro 1, I have some questions if you can help! How is the quartz coating holding up? How would you compare the racket to other power rackets you used in the past (which ones did you use previously?)? From a power vs tolerance point of view for example...

Great video, I love seeing live play like this…and well played! I play in Spain but have a friend who plays at Padium. Far from cheap - it IS in London of course - but he confirms the great courts and fabulous facilities. Let’s be honest, we padel players will pay whatever we have to to play. ¡Vamos! ¡Jugar es genial, pero ganar es mejor!

Really good to see ‘live play’ like this, at a level a lot of us can relate to. Your explanation and summarising of key points and passages of play is first class - I for one would certainly enjoy more content like this, and recommend it to my fellow club players. As a player in the upper half of intermediate but not as young and agile as I used to be, positioning, co-ordination with my partner and shot choice are increasingly critical. A bit like a good squash player who ‘owns’ the T, getting into the right position saves so much energy. Your partner played some superb defence while you were being kept on ice, but when it came to attack you seemed as a pair to lack offensive power - or maybe that’s just because these are only a few highlights? Whatever, I enjoyed watching this and commiserate on your narrowest of defeats! ¡La próxima vez! I play in Spain, but I'm loving seeing padel blossoming in the UK!

Thanks for posting this, clearly not easy! I play in Spain, not sure quite at your level as I’m classed as a veteran, but I feel your pain on being placed in the frigadora! In a hard match when the tide is turning against you, when you realise you are barely getting the opportunity to touch the ball, you find yourself creeping out of your zone…and usually opening yourself up to a nice globo! I am enjoying your posts, good stuff, please continue - and good luck!

If u got a good hitter or ur level is just bad australian makes no sense for me, I laugh at people doing it when they have a bas serve, with little spin, no variation, no depth... australian is not for everyone and u should play in both sides if ur learning

If you are beginner and you buy a 300 pounds is pointless as most probably has a low or high balance and if you don't know how to hit the ball it doesn't help your lack of technique, rather it would make you play even worse. Why you don't mention that? Very shallow analysis
