SO HELPFUL THAN KYOU

You left out starting the racket higher than the ball height so you get the high to low motion. You also want to make very clear not to break the rest, some of the examples the wrist was being broken

In all of this I should make sure that the ball hit the floor before bouncing right ? But can I maintain control of the ball's direction through speed?

Where on the racket do you try to hit it? The middle or the tip?
