O'Connell obviously is AP's choice at QB but I think he is noticing that Minshew is going to give the team a better chance at winning. Minshew will have the offense running on high octane and the winning results will show quickly. The teams that are talked about as being hard to beat will be beatable with Minshew running the offense. With O'Connell the offense will seem like it is a bit out of rhythm. He hasn't had to learn multiple new offenses before and he will be thinking too much and his playing performance will show. Minshew will learn the offense faster which will result in him playing more efficient and more exact. The offense will be high flying with Minshew running it. He will light up the score board with all the weapons at his disposal.
So glad AP has Marvin Lewis as his mentor. Coaching staff looks to be solid. Hopefully we can establish something we have had in a long time and that's stability. I believe stability is one of the key factors in establishing a winning organization. Lets go Raiders!!
