I’ve said a lot but what is stunning to me is seeing the philosophical differences between patriot way and other teams. They like pocket passers and the game is changing.

Patriot way only worked in New England & with Tom Brady. Now that it’s over that regime & there coaches can’t adjust

That part, nowadays you NEED a dynamic or electric player that can keep the defense on there toes, and then you need a defense that can make plays. When they gone hopefully we get a guy that is that

@@PharoahNFLNot entirely true but the more recently it has looked this way. Remember with the same level or even less talent on Pats the team was in the playoffs and Belicheck had his defense in the top whatever of the NFL, McDaniels leaves and Belicheck gets a D Cord to call plays and that’s what has been the problem last few seasons

Miami, Philly, BUF, KC, Jaguars, LAC, it’s no secret. The sauce is get a rookie deal young mobile QB and spend on defense. Now you can pull off a Stafford and mcvay or SF combo if you have a stacked defense and good coordinators but…meh

Totally agree Pharoah!! Mc Clown is a narcissistic coach with no clue what so ever...

5 different runs, out routes and play action over the middle on a post. What a genius offense. The defenses just arent genius enough to let it work right, they just aren't getting how genius it is. McDonald's said he could make a h.s. qb a pro bowler, but cant make it work with carr, garbage-alo, orton, cam newton or tebow. I knew this guy in high school always saying dumb things and saying he was smarter than the whole room. I didn't realize he changed his name and got into coaching

The game plan seemed to be predictable much like Grudens as opposed to the Bears which looked innovative, played to the strengths of their Rookie QB, mixed it up a great deal, which the Raiders failed to do. Multiple passes to the same receivers in succession, obvious running plays, a lack of adjustments, in all phases we looked completely inept. In addition to a outdated offensive scheme which does not allow for any versatility. Hoyer didn't make sound reads or progressions throughout the game. I've been a Raider fan my entire life, went to my 1st game in 1967 and I've never seen the Raiders play so poorly in my entire life. Zeigler and McDaniels need to be fired at the end of the Season their attempt to copycat what worked in New England further exacerbates the futility in Zeiglers and McDaniels decision making. They've changed the entire culture of this team, players are frustrated and NOT collectively motivated at all. As Josh Jacob's once tweeted: Bad Business. His tweet has proven to be true. Tank!?! The Raiders have NEVER Tanked, we're ranked last or close to it in nearly EVERY category. Tanking will not improve bad coaching nor poor General Management.
