I live in IL .. been watching the Bears since early 1970's ... I still see them every game here, ... Getting Luke Getsy was a bad hire, .. pairing him up with Fields again with both of their flaws is really BAD IDEA.

GM Walt has held firm on Getsy the entire time. My hope is that Fields' flaws limited what Getsy could do on offense from a playcalling and play design aspect.
If we can't get a top 3 QB then we have to go after JF aggressively. We can give up a round 2 and Renfrow.

Don't forget Eberflus is telling Getsy what he wants. You can't put it all on the OC. Under Getsy the Bears had the best rushing offense in the league and AP's offense revolves around the run game.
