We change out aprons for every season too. Just something fun and practical to keep the seasonal cheer. Besides, she has WAY too many to have them all hanging at once, so it helps to rotate through them.

Thank you for this video. The season of life that has been hard for me is when there are so much distractions and interruptions. I didn’t know how hard it was to just finish one task without being interrupted. I left undone tasks all over and was so overwhelmed. I didn’t know how to stop the distractions which were mostly my kids. They would need my attention for something all day every day. I didn’t feel like I could relax until they were all in bed asleep. I’ve watched a lot of your videos and the Minimal Mom on KZread and several very helpful people and have started implementing the tips that I think would work the best and also changed my attitude and perspective. Now it’s been about 3 years and my house isn’t perfect but it’s under more control. Being a homemaker definitely has a huge learning curve and means that I have to give myself room to grow and improve.

I would love more information about how you built the curtains around your child's crib in your bedroom!! It looks beautiful as well as effective. We have our 7 month old still in our room out of necessity and I need something like this. Thank you!

We need to know if you cloth diapered all these kiddos! I have 4 children and cloth diaper them and it is EXHAUSTING! I feel like it’s so time consuming and I wonder if it’s worth it most days and I wonder how much more time I would have if I just used disposables.

Hi Lisa, Do you ever make bread pudding? I recently discovered that my sourdough off alls are delicious as bread pudding and it’s a perfect way to use up all those eggs and milk. My kids love it for breakfast or snack with a little bit of maple syrup. It’s good cold or warm,

I’ve been watching your videos for about 6 months now. I started with newer ones and then went back and started binge watching some of your older videos. I just love them. You and your family are hard working and amazing😊. You have wonder family values that are these days. ❤ At 64, I know that some days are rough so I don’t fall into the group that thinks life is always easy for you. What I do see, is someone who lives life to the fullest and you give us such a gift sharing your way of life on the farm ❤

Hey girl :) if you are leaving out the zinc oxide for cloth diapers, do you substitute four more tablespoons of the clay? Just made it and it looks a little watery. Maybe it just needs time to sit. But definitely clumpy even though I melted down the shea and coconut.

Your videos are so peaceful and inspiring! I’m wondering how you get your gardening done with all the littles? I have 3 (6, 4, 2) and I find it difficult to work in the garden with them, as they step on everything planted (or pull it out haha). Any tips or suggestions?

I don’t need help with meals. I need help with guiding children not to eat out my pantry when I’m not in the kitchen because we do have a big family and somehow everyone seems to think that if it’s there, it’s free game can you talk a little bit about how you, put control over your pantry from endless snacking?

Really I just make big hearty meals for breakfast and lunch and dinner...focusing on good sources of protein ....the better quality the food, the more it sticks to you and sustains you. Certainly kids of all ages and sizes go through growth spurts and really are hungry so I try to have good things on hand like raw milk, apples or other fruit...protein filled yogurt, granola with nuts etc.
