Same! We stood out in our front driveway, chatted with neighbors, and enjoyed the most magnificent show from our own home ❤️

I’m 63 and never knew homesteading/ and farm wife was a thing so many did. Had I known this would have been my life. I loved home making, gardening, sewing, cooking, farm animals etc. I have also been raised in a suburb. Had no idea until the last few years and I have learned so much.

I absolutely love watching both Laura and Andrea’s videos as well!

We were at our ranch close to Uvalde, Texas, which was in the path of totality. Unfortunately, it was very cloudy and we did not get to see the eclipse, but we enjoyed all the effects of the eclipse. It got dark so fast and then got light again. Plus, it was kind of eerie and cool to hear the birds chirping and then stopping and then starting again.
