As a family of four, we left the city to follow our dream of a new life in the French country side. We fell in love with a charming Chateau on the beautiful Normandy coast and since then we've thrown all our life savings into restoring this 18th century Gem and creating "Le Fleur", a perfect family home and welcoming place for our friends.
We are devoted to make the chateau as stunning and personal as possible, strive to learn new skills, and - as a designer and a film maker, love to share this adventure with you.

Ist Deine Hortensie tatsächlich von alleine blau blühend? Da hast Du doch mit Ph Veränderung nachgeholfen....., lass bloß diesen wunderschönen Rhododendron stehen- auch wenn er invasiv ist, er vermehrt sich ja nicht wirklich außerhalb Deines Chateau Parks. Da kannst Du ja sogar Blaubeeren zusetzen, wenn der Boden wirklich so sauer ist. Dann haben Deine Lieben was zu ernten....

A new olympic dicziplin trimmjumping and Philipp is the master! In Deutschland haben wir eine ganz besondere Erfindung called: "Leiter" - you really should noticed that, maybe you could use it not only indoor? You understand what I mean? 🙂

take in consideration the more color(dark one) the darker the room will become and feel more cave like. Were the lighter one will keep the room brighter and more open feeling.
It's the darker background for me. So pretty.
Love both of the Options, but it seems to me that the dark one makes the rooms a little bit calmer
I rather like the lighter one because of the warmer ivory background. It’s cozy. But both are fabulous. Wow.

They are both gorgeous, but the darker one is so much more calming and relaxing, and I think for this room, and the trim, it blends the best! It might be easier to decorate as well. So I say the DARK!

I like them both but i prefer the lighter one. You have a beautiful garden and have done a great job restoring it.

Rhododendrons are toxic. If you eat one flower of it you’ll die.
You should not work when you are sick.
Light. All over the room the light one will be more neutral allowing more freedom with other decorating elements. imo

I love the dark background because it creates a less stark contrast, making it softer looking.
I can't allow little children to watch this!!! I've taught them to NEVER run with scissors or pointy objects! LOL
