Hello, I'm Sarah Flora. You may know me as Flora Brewing on KZread, Instagram or Patreon. I'm a Los Angeles-based homebrewer who is now commercially releasing beers in Chicago and Milwaukee, with more select markets to come. In 2017, I purchased a homebrew kit as a gift for my husband, but little did I know it would become my new hobby and the start of my next career. It has been amazing to see the response and how my videos are helping folks! My goal is to start contract brewing nationwide and eventually open a physical location. In order to accomplish this, there are a ton of expenses to launch in the commercial space. With your support, you would be helping me take the next step in officially helping me, Sarah Flora, transition into a commercial brewer and release my beers!

Hello my friend, can you help me??
When most people do the math on this they seriously underestimate just how powerful the phase-change of melting ice is at cooling. 32-degree ice is not equivalent to 32 degree water-not even close. Water gives up a tremendous amount of heat when it freezes, and re-absorbs that heat when it melts. It takes 80 calories of heat to melt 1 gram of ice without even raising its temperature. That same amount of heat would otherwise raise that gram of water by 80ºC or 133.33ºF. For cooling purposes, 32ºF ice is equivalent to -101ºF (or -80ºC) water.
Hey just wondering about the dog treats, hops supposed to be no good for dogs. Do you think adding them in the mash will be a problem when making the biscuits?
You should get a haircut

I'm thinking immersion chiller with a pump recirculating into a cooler mixed with water and ice from your icemaker that you save ahead of time!! will save a lot of water and cool really fast 🙂
Acting like she's actually done something. Lost Coast Brewery should sue you.
Pool party with your VACCINATED friends? But all your unvaxed friends can just sit at home and be sad? You people are everything that’s wrong with this world. unsubing.

Wayyy too much clove 5-10 pc is enough
Just weigh your water on the bathroom scales. 👍🏻
I recently got an infection from keeping a jar too long in my fridge and opening it too many times. Now I'm re-thinking my entire process.
Great video, thanks for going to the effort of putting in the metric conversions 👍
I watched until the end.
Can you please tell us what type of set up you have?? Like what kettle, grain basket, Etc..??
Birds and beer, sorted.
1oz is 28g, not 26g.
I did this with a DME Graf and it’s pretty good. Hot and fast in like 2 or three days. Then conditioning takes a while to clear but it’s so tasty after like a week. I think I prefer AS2 cider yeast but I don’t think I can do that as fast or hot.
Is it normal when i open the co2 then the regulator get cold and wet?
No instructions and very little support is Keglands Motto. Great video. Thank you.
my cannular needed so much adjusting before i got it to can right without crushing cans, or causing them to leak. However, now that its adjusted, filling the cans is where i struggle. LMAO
When is the right time to carbonate the beer?? Im a beginner and i need some tip!! Pleas help me 😁
Never pay for ice. You have a freezer. You should have a freezer just for ice.
you are so clueless.
boring video, she is not sure what she is doing .
Too much work , I switched ova to mini kegs.
I use 5 grams dextrose (corn sugar) per 1L and put it in my mini kegs for 2 weeks
You forgot to mix the corn sugar with the wort in the bucket before you done the bottling???
Hope to see you brewing soon
Love clear beer too... Tells you if a brewer is lazy or not
I know I’m late to this party, but I have been drinking Smithwicks red ale for over a month now. Was the oldest brewery in Ireland !
The brewery Dux de luxe in New Zealand did a ginger lager called Ginger Tom. Was amazing. Hot and spicy. I believe it was root ginger, honey and lemon
Aut-check-spelling sparkling ale 🤣 I kid!!
Make sure you lube your rings up makes it easier to put ball locks on and off also helps sealing better
Nice video Hun

The spring inside the post is called a "poppet", if you don't already know. Thought I'd share b/c I like the word. Great video!
So tell me why you rerouted the pump?
It allows direct draining of the kettle to the spigot without going through the pump. That way, if the pump clogs, you can still gravity drain out the spigot.
Finally found what I was looking for here. Thank you!
Do you have to feed the yeast if kept over time ?
Where have you been? I hope everything is ok.
