    Perhaps consider some of the hop oils - know that you must add them to 190 proof spirits to integrate them into your beer. I would pull a gallon off and try it. There are many hop oils to choose from. This gives you the benefit of dry hopping without the creep and vegetal you usually get from dry hopping. Cheers!

    Could you potentially top mash the dark grains to control the colour more?

    Try red malz and decrease your caramel and crystal malts

    For sure top mash a double milled roast barley and just watch it until you hit your colour

    I have found darker IPA’s seem to “soak up” hop character.
