Great to see you're getting good use out of our PET Snub Nose Fermenter years later. WAIT till you see some of the the new designs we have coming. Spundy compact spunding valves, Apollo fermenters and heaps more will be available and affordable for brewers in the states.
Haha I make a lot of meads and progressed to braggots some years back which are generally round the 14-15% and watching this just had me crack open a bottle of my cherry mead 😋

8% beer is worth it, treat yourself, just don't drink it like its 3% lol
