You can set your xbox or pc to allow offline play by making it your home console in the settings. Not difficult.

Don’t play the stupid rent to never own. But this is getting more and more stupid. Pay don’t pay lose or just get abused. The whole thing is starting to be very bad. I was playing when an expensive game was $29. I just don’t like the money game they are playing.

Play station was down to that’s what everybody is not even paying attention to Xbox was down. PlayStation was down and a whole bunch of other stuff was down all at the same time.

If you guys haven’t figured it out yet let allow me to enlighten you. The reason Xbox servers keep crashing is because Xbox secretly updated your edge browser app which can’t be uninstalled btw, to be updated to having AI copilot installed. And you if you dont know Microsoft prohibits their own employees from using Microsofts AI Copilot and it’s because of huge privacy risk it poses. But the real reason they I suspect they are crashing is because Ai uses a lot ad I mean A Lot of processing power and bandwidth so what I’m assuming is happening is that the majority of Xbox user have allow apps and games to automatically update in the background which edge app that know has ai is drawing all this power and background processing to update its content to and thus also putting a strain on the amount of bandwidth the console is now consuming now one console my not be a problem but imagine how many console are now doing this while connected to the Xbox network especially if people use instant on instead of energy savings mode.

For the casual gamer I can see how this might not matter. But for players who play competitively 8 more frames can make a huge difference especially in high level competitive games where fast paced gameplay can make the difference between which player comes out victorious.

I do own and play games native on my s. Thing is I can at least stream certain games on Game Pass so I do not have to dedicate hard drive space to it. 360GB does not get anybody very far.

Both Xbox and PS let you designate one console as the primary console and play offline. If not using that specific console, you must be online. At least Xbox lets me copy the games between my consoles via external drives. PS forces me to download games for each individually.

Why does this channel feel more pro PlayStation with every video? 😂, cloud gaming has been out for almost 5 years and in my opinion is very successful especially for people that can't afford to buy a console or upgrade to next gen for the new games. Same Xbox servers were down yesterday which sucks it lasted 6 hrs until i finally was able to log in. i also tried to play on pc Xbox games and still crashed due to Xbox servers down 😐

This is just one part of this huge problem.. Having a solid disk is better in my opinion, being able to play any game off-line is much better (!), playing on any system that can read the disk, should be the primary need from all gamers IMO 😁👍

The Actual Very Easy Way to take care of problems such as the access block due to not being able to Sign In that is just somehow conveniently there would be for a Federal Law concerning the protection of Consumers who make Digital Purchases of Media in regards to the OWNERSHIP of said purchased Digital Media. Currently there is no litigation of such Laws. So, do your part and Write and Call your State's Senators and Representatives, repeatedly even to the point that it could be considered Harassment.

U said it all. Greed is the problem. I got every xbox and ps except a ps1. Just remember the cheap made xbox 360, which i have 4 of them still. All with the RRoD. Xbox one sux ass. Last good system they made was the OG xbox, clock caps removed. I got 3 of them and they still work. Maybe because of the custom FW I have flashed, they lasted this long, not sure. Not expecting to much out of the series x i have either. Hoping it just lasts this time. Only thing i had to fix with all my PS consoles was a lazer on the ps 1, 1 time. I gave that system to a friend

If it runs the way it's been running on my Samsung tv, and on my Samsung phone its going to be a win win because so far i haven't had any issues, even on my phones data its been good, but thats just me. I even keep a portable monitor and play it using Dex and i would swear i have an Xbox, i haven't owned a Xbox in years

That’s true about Xbox’s VRR I played Star Wars Jedi Survivor on both Xbox Series X and PS5 and Xbox’s VRR is way better, PS5 was screen tearing and lagging like a mf but on Xbox series X I never noticed any screen tearing or lagging. Not picking sides just saying ny experience.

I love this. What I have been saying all along. Even their disks only include enough info to download the game. On PC use Gog because You purchase a game there You own it offline and it works with steam. Xbox can do the same thing if they want to. We purchased it we should actually own it.
