My mothers side is from Avellino (Andretta) Italy 🇮🇹 and my father is from Naples (Liveri) Italy 🇮🇹. We reside in Canada 🇨🇦

Just wanted to ask - do you have any simple recipes for a breakfast casserole that I can make for my doctor's group? Something delicious and easy to prepare - possibly the night before and just put in the oven the next morning - my appointments are usually in the morning, so that's why breakfast. @@lovewhatueat Yes, I found a few and have made them for the office. They were a big hit! I made a hash brown, sausage, egg and cheese casserole which everyone loved - made pound cake one month, then French apple cake the next month (huge hit), then the African cinnamon bread (another hit), plus too many to mention. This is almost 3 years now with my eye doctor and so I've made lots of stuff for them and my son-in-law gets so aggrevated because I never get a thank you or anything. But, I finally got a card from the girls and Dr. Rothbaum to thank me for ALL the wonderful things I've made for them and said that I spoil them! So, that made me very happy and proved my son-in-law wrong. I do these things from my heart not that I want anything in return - that's what I keep telling him. I enjoy doing it and it make me very, very happy when they enjoy what I bring to them. Ha Ha Ha Ha Sorry for the long story. You have a wonderful Sunday, as well. Love you guys - my dear, sweet Ladies!!
Okay - my next cookie to try - and I'll make it for my eye doctor's office, as well - I try to make something for them because I go there once a month for my shot in the eyeball - not really fun - but I love the girls in the office and my eye doctor. You can make them any size you wish, for us we piped or hand rolled about a tablespoons worth 🫶🏼
Wow. I just had to try that cling wrap trick to form burgers after seeing this video. We just finished eating dinner and I have to say for the first time ever my burgers held their shape on their own without having to smash them down so they remained juicy and didn’t turn into puffy hockey pucks, which is usually what happens to my burgers 😂. Thank you ladies.

Well I do love fennel , however never tried this combination... I grate the fennel and add onions, but never orange.. Sounds delicious ladies.. One salda I recommend is Pico di Gallo, love that anytime. Its a little Mexican but it goes well with tortilla chips... its always a hit.. Gotta try this salada... not going to lie!! yumo! Looks amazing, as all your beautiful recipes do! We also always had it on the table after holiday dinners, my Mom would say "it helps to digest" which we all could use after our holiday meals...😂 I still put it out after holiday meals with all the fruit. A nice tradition (of many) that stuck with me from my Mom. Looks and I'm sure taste so refreshing!! Oranges in salad are delicious, they add so much flavor. Hi there and thanks so much for the kind words 🫶🏼 you know what, we never do this dough in advance and freeze as it is quite sticky and delicate - we usually only freeze once baked so personally I am unsure, you would have to give it a go to try for yourself? 🙏🏻🫶🏼

Looks like I'd probably have to use elbow macaroni, as I haven't seen the type of pasta you ladies used at my local supermarket. Looks like it would make a hearty meatless dish for Lent, however!
That would work just fine !! Sometimes grocery stores will have an international isle, if not maybe a specialty store ? But elbow macaroni is totally fine 🫶🏼 yes, a great meatless option as well 😊

Good morning my sweet Ladies! I absolutely love Pasta e Fagioli and would make this often for my family. I was taught by my little Italian mother-in-law how to make this, among other Italian soul food! I love you guys and hope you have a beautiful Sunday. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I remember she told me to soak the white beans overnight in the pot - so I did - I put the water and beans in a pot and put it in my refrigerator overnight! When she found out she burst out laughing. She told me not to put the beans in the fridge! What did I know - I was a young bride! So we had a good laugh, but my first try at making this dish with my mother-in-law was a success!!! I've been making it her way ever since. 😂😂😂😂😂 Now I just add a few canns of cannellini beans instead of soaking beans overnight!
