Grill Up Some Delicious Patty's And Veggies In A Snap!
This is a little sneak view of a family camping BBQ meal we prepared easily for the family.
Burgers 🍔
Add 5 eggs to 1.5 kg of ground beef
Add 1-1.5 cups of italian seasoned bread crumbs
Add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk
Combine all by hand- if needed adjust the milk or breadcrumbs- to reach a texture that will hold but remain moist
Then take plastic wrap and add a scoop of the mixture in the center and wrap it up and hold in your hand and scrubxh your fingers closed and press down to shape the pattys.
This makes about 20 🍔
Place on aplate and cover with plstix wrap inbetween each layer.
Grill to your liking!
For the veggies (zucchini & Mushrooms)
Wash and pat dry-
Slice
Season with olive oil, salt & pepper
Grill to your liking.
For the 🐑 Spiedini
They are delicate and must be bbq’d from frozen-
Once they thaw, add seasoning of choice (we chose steak spice) and then you begin to pull them apart and keep rotating and grilling until done- these cook fast and must be served right away to have the perfect tender bite.
