It is a very vulnerable tank, that's why they abandoned it, by the way, they faced a real army and not sheep herders, that's why it looks like many tanks.

Hi redeffect I know you don’t really read the comments but I saw on telegram that Russian t90m’s are getting drone cages from the factory they look pretty good but it looks like they are in the way of the smoke launcher is that a big issue?

I wouldn’t laugh at either one - they can both kill you before you know anything is wrong - but if I found myself in an Abrams that was in a death match with a T-90M, I’d feel a lot better than I would in the opposite situation.

Regarding the field of vision. There is probably no commander in the tank. They can just use it with a driver alone to clear pathways of mines and attract enemy reaction.

The Sargeant was absolutely right. The drones have drastically changed and rendered the tank virtually useless. It is a brand new form of warfare, and it is literally evolving in real time, right before our eyes. The Russians will continue to develop counter measures, electronic jamming, the metal cages, radar, whatever works. But regardless of the effectiveness, drones cannot take and hold ground. The only way I can think of using the M-1s for is the ability to spot, range and designate targets for the drones to hit. If the tank could be successfully hidden, it needn't fire it's main gun, or move it's location.

All the tanks are used incorrectly. Tanks were designed for a battlefield where one wave goes against opposite one. Abrams is the best for it. But this kind of battlefield is not available in modern days. In modern days tank plays the role of a supportive mobile artillery. And heavy western tanks have no supremacy in this. They are still not adapted for this role. But could be.

This tank has a name - "King Grill". The reason of creation is jammed turret after the serious hit. The owner is not an regular army. You have to make a video about Self-propelled artillery 2S19 - Msta-S with a name "Kosandra". It is fully covered with wooden logs. And if you are familiar with Russian Folklore - you will assosiate it with the "Hut on a chicken legs" :D

Abrams is not miracle tank how it sell by US propaganda. Just talking about engine is making it impractical. Jet engine sound like a good idea and it give crew nice acceleration and lots of power but it aslo produce so much heat it make Abrams collum on infra visible from orbit. Abrams need lots of maintance so for few hours in action it need same time in maintance and 70 ton machine is really heavy especiali for Ukraine mud conditions.

Poles - Polish politicians and the majority of this nation behave as if they were some world power. And this is a power like Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. They only repeat that everything they have is better than Russian and that Russia is simply afraid of Poland. In addition to hatred towards Russia and Russians, they constantly send threats against Russia.

No tank is invulnerable. People used to proud point out that no Challenger 2 has ever been destroyed by enemy fire… ever! A week in Ukraine, a Challenger 2 is confirmed and show to have been destroyed by enemy fire. Only biased fools think Ukraine getting a handful of Western tanks would somehow game the course of that war. It’s a stalemate. Each side proudly announcing minuscule gains. A town here. A small city there. Both sides choosing to fight for strategically meaningless cities. Example.. Ukraine threw away some of its most experienced, veteran soldiers to defend Bakhmut to lose it anyways. Even when NATO commanders advised them to withdraw to better defensive positions. Ukraine choose to ignore that advice. Its supporters arrogantly saying Ukraine commanders are superior to NATO commanders. The results show otherwise.

Shed tanks are an act of desperation to try to increase survival time from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. Ultimately insufficient and suboptimal but might avoid the first pass of a drone. Maybe.

This your typical field crafts by engineers to solve a local problem. A great example for the US is the creation of “gun trucks” and the Puff the Magic Dragon during Vietnam. Drones have changed warfare forever and the US is taking notes of how to deal with them effectively in the future.

Russian engineers cant understand what they are looking at cause the technology in Russia doesn't exist. Also all the machines that are sent are 20 years old and outdated so they can analyze all they want the West is already equipped with better machines and weapons those are just donations.
