Hi my name is Rúrik. Im an avid car enthusiast who loves imports (specifically European vehicles). We have a small fleet of vehicle in which we are in the process of either maintaining or restoring. From Porsche and Audi to BMW, I plan to provide helpful how-to's as well as occasional edits of my friends and I as we explore the vast expanse of car culture.

I LOVE YOU JESUS❤
you are a f*cking legend, thank you soo much🫶🏼
Not covering the intake ports was stressing me out lol
Hi. Please How to dismantle the lower front bumper grille?
You do at home..?
Only video i've found for the 3.0 e83, you're the bomb man thanks so much for sharing this!
If just removing transfer case, is it necessary to remove exhaust?
It would be near impossible to access the mounting bolts and drive shaft bolts without taking the exhaust off.
We can’t see what you’re doing, what a waste of watching.
Quality video by the way
Hey man I can get it to start from the pin 14 and the live next to it like in your video. But the key won't crank it. I wonder if the ignition switch is broken. Do you know where I might find some diagrams
I did this exact mod but suddenly it switched to the aux port instead of the cd-port. Sound quality dropped significantly. Any ideas what caused this?
i watched it again. what is the other cable that runs parallel in the housing of the crank sensor cable?
Can you do a video on AC/alternator/power steering belt replacement?
Nice ,not as daunting as I would imagine. Looks just as involved as working on a 1UZFE. minus the spider plenum.
What bumper did you get and from where?
Are you going to share the STL file? Thanks
I need this done in my car and they are trying to charge me 1400 dollars for an hour job, that's insane.
How is Buick coming along
Gonna try this on mine started happening after driving a while and at 63k miles
is this the same process as changing the valve cover gaskets on a 2006 z4 which has an n52 engine?
hey I have a e60 528i and im trying to swap it with a 535i engine is that possible? And would I need different components for the 535i or would the 528i ones fit?
Was doing timing belt on my 1987 BMW 325ic and the CPS wire broke. Gave vin to parts supplier and the replacement CPS has a pigtail at the end and not a plug that goes back into the engine loom. Explained to supplier but had no answer. Thoughts?
Thanks a lot for the info !
what was the problem with the engine of the r53?? mine sounds like that too
How long should the whole job take?
Thanks you so very much. You made it look so simple and easy. You just saved me over $500. Now I feel I can complete this job
How long did the complete removal take
6-8 hours filming. Without the camera I could probably do it in 4 to 5 hours.
Can we fit 525i engine in 530 I
I’m looking at an ‘86 928s which has low compression on one cylinder. From everything I've read, it seems unlikely that the engine would have a lower end issue (only 65k miles). Do you guys agree? If yes, can the heads be removed without pulling the engine?
Are you willing to share the STL?
great video 🤣
That Buick had all the options. 👍
was it really that simple?
I have same module bluetooth, but when connect the adapter, cd changer don t work?! Can you help me with this problem, please ?!
Excellent work I enjoyed it
i have a 328i, im assuming it will fit but does anyone know anything i don't. thank you for any advice
Heck yea dude just enough motivation for me to pull out my old r53 engine n slap a replacement in !!
Comments like these are the reason I make these videos. Thanks buddy!
Does the 3.0i m54 E83 not have a (Non return valve) & Vacuum Control valve?
What is that you have to disconnect from the back of the bumper? Hanging down from both sides actually.
it must be the fog lights id say
Do you have to empty the gas out of the air conditioning
Yes, In his previous video of removing the engine, he makes a note of "evacuating" the refrigerant.
What size tire ?
Where is the installation vidro...Btw, Great video. You made it look so simple Good work Mine, 2005 x3, slipping, hunting, did pass ca smog test...
HERO status for saving a true World Super Car !!
You're a brave and wise person to tackle a true World Class Super car, which is a nightmare to restore !!
In the hands of a good driver, the 928 stands in the Super car realm....IF you can rebuild them and truly DRIVE as designed, all efforts are Worthy !!
Awesome !! You reminded me why i didn't restore a 928 after my 944 !!
Restoring my 944 was a delight; great Material choices, excellent engineering, care seen in every system, "Hot Rod mods" are already built-in. And super efficient at cruising speeds too ;-)
Just ordered one for my '84. What do you suggest I buy for the harness to connect into the vehicle? Or can I run with with comes with the radio? I purchased mine from amazon as well.
