Established in 1969, The Colleges of Law was founded on improving access to Bar-accredited, legal education to people of all backgrounds and life experiences. Students study under working lawyers, judges, and elected officials, many of whom live and practice in the area.
Our Juris Doctor (J.D.) program is a part-time, evening program that prepares working adults to enter the legal profession through a collaborative learning environment. Our hybrid-online J.D. program redefines traditional law school by combining online learning with intensive residencies. Our online Master of Arts in Law degree program prepares graduates for professional fields that routinely intersect with the law.
The Colleges of Law is accredited by the Western Association of Schools & Colleges Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). Our hybrid online J.D. program is accredited by the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California.
