The Colleges of Law has been hosting debates on California propositions since 2016. This year we hosted a series of three debates virtually about important topics on the ballot this November, including Proposition 16: Repeal Proposition 209 Affirmative Action Amendment.
Arguing "Yes" on Prop 16 is Renee White Fraser, Ph.D., CEO of Fraser Communications and the host of "The Deciders" on KABC 790AM. Arguing "No" is Richard Sander, Ph.D., J.D., Jesse Dukeminier Professorship in Law at UCLA.
