  Hatte bislang nur eine Interaktion mit dem Laden, hat mich aber nicht wirklich überzeugt. Habe eine Plastiktränke über deren Amazon-Shop bestellt. Das Produkt war nicht wirklich gut verarbeitet. Die Base hatte etliche Risse und auch die gelaserte Aufschrift war optisch nicht wirklich ansprechend. Ich hatte den Kundendienst angeschrieben und ein paar Tage später gesagt bekommen ich soll mich an Amazon wenden. Die konnten das Produkt aber nicht austauschen und ich musste das Ding gegen eine Kostenerstattung zurückschicken. Ich hätte das Teil erneut kaufen müssen, was mir schlichtweg zuviel Aufwand on top gewesen wäre, zumal ich das Ding selbst nochmal verpacken und zur Post bringen musste. Ich hätte mir erhofft, dass der Shop hier selbst Verantwortung für das eigene Produkt übernimmt und eine Ersatz-Base schickt, insbesondere bei so einem hochpreisigem Premium-Anbieter. Ein Großteil der Abschaffungen im Hobby kann man mit etwas Recherche und handwerklichen Grundfähigkeiten, für einen Bruchteil des Preises, selbst bauen. Wenn man dann schon so viel Geld in die Hand nimmt, geschieht das meiner Meinung nach weil einen das Produkt optisch total anspricht oder weil es eben schnell und einfach geht, dementsprechend zuvorkommend sollte dann auch der Kundenservice sein, wenn mal was nicht zu 100% ist wie es sein sollte. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich doch ziemlich enttäuscht bin und im Moment nicht wirklich motiviert da so schnell noch einmal zu bestellen. Vielleicht sehe ich irgendwann mal ein Produkt, dass mich total von den Socken haut und gebe dem Laden noch eine Chance, aber der erste Eindruck, hatte für mich ein kleines Gschmäckle.

  I'm sorry you has that experience with them! Indeed they are expensive and their costumer service should reflect that! For me the costumer service was pretty good! I ordered some food for ants, they send me the wrong one. When I contacted them about it they send me new one and let me keep the old one
