  I made these tonight, put in 350 oven for 20 minutes and they were overdone… uggg I wish I would have set my timer for 15 and checked them.

  Oh no, some ovens have different settings. You can reduce the time on your next try to be sure.

Was just thinking about adding diced bell peppers, also horseradish, dill weed, green onions also crab, shrimp and salmon minced, lemon juice and then the garlic paste very little else besides worcester sauce also Ever watch Chef Jean LA Pierre he's good too! Glad they sell these in stores, and salmon burgers, lobster & shrimp bites, etc
