Hey Natasha, my mom of Italian descent would have loved these. She used to put out antipasto for Christmas Eve with salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, capers, green olives etc. All of the tangy Italian faves. Just plates, load up! Thanks for the memory! Wow! These look like the perfect New Years Eve party finger food. Bet these would be very good with your bacon cheese mushrooms. I think these would be good with pepperoni too. Yes, I like pepperoni! I'm glad you love the ingredients! You're right, there's no separate vinegar in this recipe as the marinated artichokes typically have some in their marinade. If your artichokes are in oil and you'd like to add a bit of tang, a splash of balsamic or red wine vinegar would be lovely - just a teaspoon or so to taste. Enjoy creating your salami cups and feel free to adjust to your palate! 😊🍅🧀🥗
