No Sharky, but I couldn't resist...I had to go to the store to get some ex light olive oil because I love Caesar salad! It most certainly did NOT disappoint!! Not a crouton fan unless they are from Outback Steak House, but I had a giant bowl of salad. 🥰Love this!

Hi Natasha I hate anchovies . I just made this right now with no anchovies. I didn't have Dijon mustard either .I just used regular mustard I tweeked the olive oil to a quarter of a cup. It's delicious.

That looks so good! Put some chicken breast in that salad and you have a meal. Soy also has fish oil in it, not just worcestershire. Whenever I make an Italian tomato sauce, I melt a couple anchovies in the oil. You can't taste them but oh it makes a huge difference. 301 sauces right there that I found on the $5 shelf at Barnes and Noble years ago. It is my 2nd favorite book. Well, that's not at all off topic. 🤪

I know this will date me but. Lol. Every time I hear Cesar salad dressing I think of Lucy and Desi. They made a movie called THE LONG LING TRAILER. In that movie Lucy is trying to make the dressing in the back of that trailer as Desi is pulling the trailer down the highway and you can imagine Lucy ends up a mess trying to whip those eggs.
