    Thank you for touching on this subject!🙏 I am an identical twin. My sister and I have our sun in Libra and our mercury in Scorpio. We are very close and I also agree with what you mentioned about one twin using more of one planet etc. How Liz Greene has explained it. What I found to be very interesting is mercury Saturn tends to be a signature of a only child. My sister and I have an older brother who is only 22months older. He has Saturn mercury conjunction in Leo. He treated us like we were less than..or that he disapproved of us. All we wanted was his approval. He was slightly favoured by our parents but that wasn’t something that bothered us. Maybe he would of been happier if he was an only child 😔.

    Good discussion. Social alienation due to striving for or orienting life around some new ideal can lead to greater individuation and individuality. It often does. Uranus is not about a group over all other considerations. Its about idea over relationship. It sacrifices groups and personal relationships for the ideal. Many transits and charts do not support the contention of Liz Greene's that Uranus is about group over individuality. Nice point by Jean Marc re Uranus as raw energy. Not a conscious energy. So many in astrology take the planets too far and get idolatrous with them and deify and ascribe consciousness to what is inanimate and has no free will. Nice point at the end re Uranus as the provocateur, asking humanity - who are you? Just programmable automatons?

  • @bakirwan1
    @bakirwan129 күн бұрын

    Your explanation of Uranus makes my Uranus in the 4th house make more sense. I've always felt this movement away from the importance of individuality towards something more collectively-minded. At the same time, I think it probably made me overlook some of my true individuality until I grew up a bit, I wonder does Uranus itself cause issues like that when placed in a house so angular and lets say, 'personal'? I can certainly see how I can benefit society by being socially conscious/aware, but it's as if I've needed to work on my individuality in order to understand how I could frame it better. I can see how some of those Uranus concerns overshadowed a need for individuality, which is quite interesting and worth knowing as it helps in terms of personal evolution.

  • @bakirwan1
    @bakirwan129 күн бұрын

    Maybe this is a bit off-track but another side of it I find interesting is I am a Leo and have a stellium there. I have these Uranus impulses, though I actually don't know how to express them in a very Aquarian way, but I know that I want to reach out and connect, given that Uranus is in my roots, that energy. But me as a Leo, I need to do it from somewhere that's very personal. A poem, a song, a sudden burst of expression through dance, I am good at leading the way with my own body/voice. I can be outspoken but it comes from my own heart, not what others have told me to say. I'm not good at being someone reading off a collective manifesto or repeating a chant, I need to be an individual burning with a personal passion. And yet... it is often guided by that personal impulse to connect on a collective level, breathe life into the world.

    Progression carries destruction within itself. One can beautify the term and call it "transformation" and sing that energy can't be destroyed, it just changes form. Maybe that what happened to the Neanderthals, they just changed form. Would you rather be a Neanderthal or a homo sapien? Sure from spiritual point of view, all incarnation are "valuable" or whatever. Fetuses extracting nutrients from the mothers body leaving her deficient if she didn't take care of herself is also the new that will emerge at the expense of the old if necessary. Where is your infant or child body? It has been destroyed and you inhabit a new form now, your adult body. Progression. We may not know if the outcome is going to be favorable, but I guess favorable to who? Is the question. Eventually homo sapiens will go extinct. Moving forward to the future stars now, for sure.

    Great subject for the times. Your comment about Behaviorism and programmable humans immediately connected me with a comment by World Economic Forum mouthpiece Juval Noah Harrari in his anti-humanist thesis about humans being "hackable animals". Maybe we should take up a collection for gas money for Elan's shiny spaceship, put all the technocrats on it, and send them all home to Mars, since they apparently all hate everything here and are doing their best to turn Earth into their "home away from home". Just have to make sure they only have enough fuel for a one-way trip. Or : "Gee whiz, we forgot to account for the sun's gravitational pull, looks like Icarus is gonna get a little lesson about Solar power- oops."

    Believe it or not (being an occasional watcher of Ana's channel) I am not interested in knowing about the afterlife or the future, (but get great value out of the talks) I'm quite content to stay in the Present and appreciate and learn what my 'path' is showing me, but no problem with anyone else looking into this area. As I neared the end of the video, I went into the transcript to look for the Carl Jung quote which resonated with me, and just as I pressed the "Transcript" button I heard Ana ask Anne if she would mind repeating the quote again. This is the synchronicity I believe is Life / Source itself, and when we honour our path and life we become "in-tune" with it, which includes intuition, "coincidences", timing and many other forms of guidance / help. Astrology and Tarot etc, may be tools to tap into this guidance too, but life is such a mystery which maybe is part of the deal, maybe some things we are just not meant to know? Life is magical when we pay attention to what it is trying to show us in the Present. Here's the quote which I think sums up much better what I attempted to say;; "Learn your theories as well as you can but there comes a point when you need to set them to one side and be in the presence of the mystery of the living soul." Thank you for a fascinating conversation, blessings!

    Thank you, Kelley and Ana for this important and fascinating discussion on Lilith! I think that women, especially, feel the depth of her presence and perhaps hidden meaning in ancient writings. Thank you, Ana, for allowing me to put forth some ideas on the subject...here goes... I know it is a bit complex, but these are some theories I've developed (with over 15 years of research) in writings pertinent to the evolution of the meaning and personage/“personality” of Lilith. In the cuneiform texts of Mesopotamia (Sumer, Assyria and Babylonia), long before the Jewish use of the name, Lilith, "lilitu" meant "spirit or demon". In Isaiah, it is thought to mean a night creature, night bird, or specifically, a screech owl. Other interpretations make her a night demon. In the Talmud, the name is associated with “mother of demons”, which in that text may, as you both have said, be related to ideas of Nature as a feminine spirit of storms, screaming like a banshee (like the howling wind) and other fierce and fearsome qualities of the night. It isn’t until later Jewish folklore, such as the Alphabet of Sirach (c. 700-1000 AD), where Lilith was said to be Adam's first wife, banished from the Garden of Eden for her hubris in wanting to be above her partner (yes, some interpret this as biting satire in this text, in sexual terms, but likely also a reference to the status of the feminine in relation to masculine - how dare anyone put her above him? (Which perhaps makes sense when you hear the rest of it.) I have a theory that Lilith was a reference, in later rabbinical and other Jewish writings, to a certain feminine from Christianity, who in a very complicated way, may also be connected to Islam, a religion which arose in the region in the early 600’s. These later Jewish texts (Ben Sirach, the Zohar, etc.) in my mind, were meant to convey certain truths, but in a very covert way. Speaking truth was often dangerous in these times. Rabbinical satire often used words with layers of meaning, and they would have chosen this word/name for its many meanings. Certainly, in disparaging this feminine, we can see the early meanings of the word used as satirical remarks - night creature, night hag, mother of demons, etc. In her banishment to the desert, living like a night bird in desert caves, the name might also be seen as a play on the Blessed Night of Islam, the Night (LAYLATUL) of Power (Qadr), the night that God first revealed teachings of the Quran to Muhammad (the Praiseworthy One) through Archangel Gabriel (Jibril) in a cave on Mount Hira. Where exactly were the relics of a certain feminine from early Christianity at the time? No one speaks of her relics - except, I would propose, in hidden references. Around the time of the Diaspora that followed the First Jewish War and then, moreso, the eventual failure of the Bar Kochba Revolt and the failure of the Jewish Independence from Rome, when Jerusalem and its sacred places were demolished, she had been disparaged in rabbinical satire as Mary M’gaddla (the hairdresser - one step up from prostitution), and other similarly negative accounts. Also refering to her son, Jesus ben Stada (or Jesus ben Pandera), "No, his mother was Miriam, who let her hair grow long and was called Stada. Pumbedita says about her: 'She was unfaithful to her husband'." Some Mandaean texts relate that Mary (the other Mary? - or...maybe not), was “abducted” by a man to Persia (King Cyrus?). Could this have been in his conquering of Jerusalem in 614 CE, when the "True Cross" was stolen from the Holy City by the Persians? This relic was triumphantly returned to Jerusalem by Heraclius in 630 CE. Maybe other sacred relics were also involved (or was this a secret name for these relics?) Was she also taken by the Saracens when they conquered Jerusalem several years later, around 637 CE? Why did qibla (Islamic direction of prayer) which was originally the Temple Mount, change to Mecca after 18 months? What reason, what was moved? There are interesting stories about Sophronius, bishop of Jerusalem (of Arab descent), and his interactions with the Saracen leader, Umar, to whom he gave the keys of the Holy City. Umar was said to have entered the city dressed in an old tunic (tunics are garb of the high priests) rather than the finery of pompous ones (the Byzantines?). Umar, the conqueror who was cheered by the people of Jerusalem, Jews, Arabs, and Christians alike, who greatly admired this ascetic figure (despite the accounts of having been starved into submission by Umar's armies?) In the Covenant of Umar, all three faiths of the "People of the Book" were under the protection of the Muslims - a friendly arrangement, indeed. Patriarchy diminished the feminine, generally. Judaism moreso diminished the feminine in, you might say, “competing” belief systems. Mary Magdalene had a much more powerful role in these faiths than we have understood. This is why she was demonized by those who opposed her. (Note the long red tresses of the naked Lilith in paintings by John Collier and others - do we see a resemblance to the long-haired and naked Penitent Magdalene?) Stories propose that Lilith was banished from the Garden. The Four Tannaim (Jewish Sages) ascended to the Orchard/Paradis, presumably from or within the Holy of Holies in the Jewish Temple). Did rabbinical satire propose that the Magdalene had been banished from the Holy Temple? Just a few ideas to chew on. Please investigate for yourself. So much that points to the hidden Sacred Feminine in the Abrahamic faiths. It is time for restoration of the woman at the "heart" of Christianity. ❤ I know this is a lot. Take what resonates. If you made it to the end, thank you!
