    Thanks a lot. That is exactly what my health coach/trainer said. I am 68 years old female, a bit overweight and lost a lot of muscles. He said it will take one year to reverse this. After a couple of months of careful healthy diets and exercises, I see my muscles increased.

    脊醫不是醫生...只是鬼佬跌打 所謂Dr 只是學位上的稱呼, 他們這行經常都用呢個手法令大家誤會他們是醫生。就好像過去八九十年代,拿個菲律賓什麼野雞大學哎呀博士學位,用英文自稱Dr混淆視聽。

    其實很簡單,不要只是減肥不吃食物,一定要增加肌肉訓練,多吃有益蛋白質。不要亂咁斷食,反而要食得醒目。
