如果你常常有腿抽筋怎樣辦?其實腿抽筋有很多原因,今日會同大家一日講解。另外亦會示範不同的伸展運動去預防抽筋,或者有抽筋的時候就可以做吓。如果做的時候有痛又唔舒服就要停問問醫生。這個運動老少咸宜,但是有一些要注意⚠️ Dr. Joe會大家詳細講解。

Dr Joe, Many thanks❤ 我腳板底最近呢一年容易抽筋左,試過幾次按摩師同我做massage 時捽腳板底,我反而抽筋!要立即站在地上及向前(好似做Yoga warrior 的支勢拉後腿,或申直隻腳,腳趾向自己翹起,等一陣才無事,但一放鬆,又再抽過筋😂😂
