最近超慢跑運動非常流行,由一位日本的醫生發明,主要來幫助增加我們的心血功能。但研究發現原來超慢跑,如果做得正確可以幫助降血壓、降血糖幫助糖尿病病人及減低高膽固醇。超慢跑其實需要跟着拍子來做,是一種全新的運動,通常建議一日可以做三次,飯後做效果更佳。每一次可以做15至30分鐘。
Dr. Joe 會同大家講解超慢跑及有什麼可以要注意!另外示範給大家如何做這個超慢跑運動。如果做的時候又痛又不舒服就要停,不要勉強!
In this video, Dr. Joe will talk about Slow Jogging and the benefits of slow jogging. There are tips on how to do this properly without getting injured! It is proven to help with lowering cholesterol, blood sugar, and cholesterol! Dr. Joe will demonstrate the slow jogging exercises as well!

我是60多歲有三髙超慢跑初學者,想分亨我個人心得:超慢跑要點是心律不會加速,還可以邊跑邊說話,但身體會自然發熱流汗,首兩天跑小腿會怨痛,第三天就正常輕鬆,建議初學者最好由一分鐘90步開始,覺得可以跑,輕鬆,心律沒有加速才增至120,150,180.通常建議一日可以做三次,每日總跑時間多於30分鐘可見功效,時間愈長愈好,連續一星期已可見三高降低,每日跑,三高可回復正常水平,就我個人而言,大肚腩46吋至減38吋(3個月),另外建議在家看電視時跑,時間過得快,亦不覺得累.

Yes you are correct, the version i m teaching is a modified version for beginners and seniors. It is less harmful to the ankle joints. If you are fit, pls follow the original version showed by others.

腳尖可以少少離開地下, 但係始終因為係原地踏步跑,腳尖離開得太多,其實都有機會整傷關節。我這個方法比較容易做,適合長者。

這個運動不是去醫治膝關節,但是如果還膝關節亦可以做這個運動。

Yes, it is suitable, but make sure there is no pain in the knees when doing it, slightly bend the knees as well.
