I just love how Mpoomy and Brenden quote words from people they listen to. They have no idea how much it motivates me to go and read and listen to podcasts, and watch uplifting videos. 🥺🥺🥺 and I'm defs sure that each time they do that, they speak life to whoever is watching that needed to hear those words.🙌🙌

I'm all about the scripture that says what comes out of your mouth defiles you because what the mind can conceive can achieve, either good or bad. In the book "The monk who sold his Ferrari"...Robert said that every good and bad thought that you always nurse, it manifest. This was really beautiful❤️❤️❤️

Be careful what you say because you are listening! Most of the times we are cautious of what we say because we always assume it's other people that are listening forgetting that the number 1 person that's listening is me. Change your words, change your life!

Mpoomy, when you have a chance, please read "You can heal your life" by Louise Hay. Most of your words, your insights, makes me think of her teachings. "Love, gratitude, being kind to oneself, positive affirmations, power of the mind, exercise, wellness, time to oneself".

LORD I AM READY!!!! May my teachers appear I am sooo ready, I am open please open the eyes of my understanding and help me to realize and recognize my teachers as they come whether it is in a positive or negative manner because yes even hurtful things that people do to us teach us stuff about ourselves and others as well so help me Lord!

I recently broke up with one person whom I loved and still lovethe most last month. Listen to you guys, it now makes sense because after 2 years in the relationship she started speaking things jokingly about things that aren't aligned with what we had at the time and words slowly became action. While om my mind i was already preparing myself for when she breaks up with me because I've always knew that she was the one to break up with me because I would never do it. After 3 years last month we went our separate ways and the day she broke with me all the preparation went out the window lol. Its been a struggle trying to move on with my life but I must move on. It sucks.

Such profound insights I’m inspired ❤️and when we are unkind to others we are the ones who are affected more, our moods change. I’ve taught myself that whatever i give or say to others I’m indirectly saying or doing it to myself. As the scriptures say do unto to others as you would have them do unto you.

Love this! It's such an important reminder. I'm going through a phase of silence rather than negative or hurtful talk. This gives me time to gather myself and gain the perspective needed to speak life into difficult situations and conversations. Sometimes, I'm the only one who is patient enough to wait out this period of silence, but I'm learning to focus inward even when the world is applying pressure on me to do things their way. I guess these are some of the situations where we get to demonstrate that we are 'in the world but not of the world." Thanks guys💞
