No, no contact work if you have self respect, standards on what you deserve. Of course it would hurt because it is someone you love but you have to love yourself more to walk away knowing you deserve way better. It's either they rise to the occasion or let them keep walking.

I am literally in the same boat as you! Post break up (She's the dumper and I'm the dumpee), my ex and I were talking on the regular until one day I told her I'd reply a bit later as I was heading out for lunch with a friend (I said it in those words). Next I see she has blown up my phone with messages and missed calls wanting to know who I went out with and if it was a date I went on with another lady. I told her I don't have to tell her my whereabouts nor who I'm with as we're no longer together, but no it wasn't a date, yet she replies with she doesn't care if I was on another date and that it is all "Fine." She didn't like that I instilled a boundary and has been short off with me ever since until a few days ago I have gone no contact. All of a sudden I see she is liking some posts of mine and viewing all my stories on my socials, and even her family has started to follow me on my socials post breakup.

He reached out to me on day 39 of no contact. It does work. However you have to be prepared too when they do come back so that reconciliation happens properly.

I’m in absolute hell at the moment. A week of no contact and I let him have the last word. I’m so down. I had a miscarriage 3 weeks before he dumped me. I would have done anything for him. I was a good partner and I’ve respected his decision. I hope he realises his mistake, as I am starting to dislike him, which is frightening. Same here, my ex is a separated from his ex wife for 11yrs he has 4 children they are all grown ups the youngest is 15 yrs old because of his job we only see each other once a week live together for 10yrs but i did not know he wasnt been faithful for that 10yrs, and aside from cheating he is using his children to me, when his retirement will start i will only have his time for 3days and 4days for his children which im not agree, i have been waiting and petience alone for six days in a week then he told me i will have him only for 3days thats not pair, so i decided to end the relationship, its so hard and sometimes i wanted to chase him i miss him so much.

Story of my life

I'm 5 months in NC. I got the never ever lecture on a breakup that came out the blue. She unblocked me on a social media site. I've been cracking on and reinventing myself with some pretty big stuff that I was always going to do. Now is my opportunity and I hope she is noticing and it hits her in a different light. It would have been out first year together this month and those feelings of nostalgia I dreaded have hit me today and it's been an uncomfortable upsetting day for it.

I walked away in July 4 days after my bday. Was told she lost feelings for me but she " was a coward" and couldn't tell me...I did reach out one month after the break up and then 3 months after. No reply to either text. Never texted her again after that. She still monitors my social media, likes almost every single post. But around Valentine's day she had a new dude completely opposite of me. If I was her new man and I knew my girl was all over my exes social media I'd be concerned. 3 week into nc situation here. He just hugged me and wished me well three weeks a go. No cheating no regular fighting he was all I ever wanted despite some doubts regarding his financial situation I still went ahead through the relationship. The break up it was all in one day where I told him I was upset in a very anxious lashing way because of my abandonment wounds and called him twice during work after seeing that he is upset. He then said three days later he can’t see me growing and said I reminded me of his situation with his ex from two years a go despite trying to work things out with him.. no contact worked on one ex of mine but not sure if it will with this guy he is so stubborn and logical and emotionless

Within a year it has blown up - he is either creeped back to ex or got a new 21 years his junior squeeze in the gym or both 🙈 solid 2 month no contact after a series of brutal weekly discards - he clearly had too much on his plate 🤷‍♀️ I think I’m good 🙏🏻 Aries new moon solar eclipse in 4 days I hope I can close this chapter for good. The baby mama will always be hating on me as I was the one she got replaced with. The new one is so immature that it might work for them as a polygamous relationship. Defo not my dream life so wish them all well. I never really fitted into the picture as I wouldn’t obey for monetary gains 🤷‍♀️ my safety was so far compromised I struggled with severe cPTSD and disassociation post discard.

I did no contact but broke NC after 2 weeks. Thot I was emotionally detached as I was ready to accept any outcome, boy was I wrong! He got upset with me why I didn't call him and meet up with him when he asked me to couple weeks ago, he turned the table completely on me. We were good for a few hrs but back to square one. From a woman's perspective, she is rude because she's hurt, but it also means she still very much cares. It's likely she's wanting you to sit her down and discuss things, and make apologies. Perhaps suggest counseling. I'm only commenting because men and women really don't understand each other. It's a real struggle. But when women walk away, it's usually in hopes of waking up the man, and coercing him to open up, to listen, and to work on himself. Women don't feel heard, and men often neglect us (take us for granted, or so we feel that way).

I know that you'll probably say you want that too, but try to remember that women need to feel safe. It takes a man having to go through an ego death, in order to convince us. You may be able to get results by staying quiet, but if women feel that the man is over them, we move on, because we look for safety and security. Idk, maybe nothing I'm saying will help. She broke up with me. I deleted her on snapchat but she still views all my stories. It's been a week NC. Why is she creeping on my snapchat even though I deleted her?

He’s VERY angry…he announced he was leaving 7 months ago..it was four months from our wedding. I simply said ‘ok’. I have not one time reached out. I’ve been grieving and am working on moving on. He went through a three month phase of angry texts, letters, etc. I said I would be open to a conversation but other than that no. I wasn’t going to react to grown man tantrums. Then he started the goodbye tour…messaging my family members saying his goodbyes trying to make himself look good. I have remained silent. It’s now been another two months.

So I just found ur channel. I am actually the one who broke up. I am also the one who went no contact. My ex and I are constant on and off, have been for almost 3 years now. He’s a very spoiled person. Always gets what he wants. Parents baby him. They live in another state but visit often. When they’re in he completely changes everything. We don’t even have dinner together because he has to eat with his parents. Won’t go anywhere or do anything unless one of his buddies wants to party then he’s all for it. My boyfriend broke up with me about three weeks ago. I tried reaching out, but he never would respond back to me. So I went no contact. I don't know if he will come back. I am just trying to give myself the care I deserve.

Same situation here. He just hugged me and wished me well three weeks a go. No cheating no regular fighting it was all in one day where I told him I was upset in a very anxious lashing way because of my abandonment wounds and called him twice during work. He then said he can’t see me growing and said I reminded me of his situation with his ex from two years a go..no contact worked on one ex of mine but not sure if it will with this guy he is so stubborn and logical and emotionless…

I was abandoned, left in the cold 3 months ago after 13 years in which I made a superhuman effort to keep the relationship standing. But after 3 months in which we didn't communicate only 3 times but very detached, I was contacted by my ex that she can't live without me / specifically that she left for another man / Her wish is for me to forgive her or to remain friends ⛔️ What do you think ? What should I do???

@@danilaroche1156 I guess Im old school , if she left you for someone else she didnt see your value or lost attraction. You are now the back up plan, or the second choice when that relationship didnt work. Why would anyone want that job? knowing that she could easily lose attraction again and walk away again. People arent Jesus we cant forgive the world

Coach what if we work together, which I meet him occasionally and have to speak/message once in awhile on work matters.? We had to breakup due to a situationship and we parted lovingly, but then it got a little messy. We were ok now, but he’s hot and cold. What would be your advice?

So I got a text after no contact as well and he asked me if I hated him... I said no. I don't have the heart to hate. I feel we are two different people and we're not on the same page. I also expressed that I feel we moved too fast and that I learned my lesson. He had said he wants to apologize. He never responded after my response. I am confused and feel like my feelings got all stirred up and messy again.

Depends why he kicked you out? If there's no good reason then why would you want to go back? But if there is a good reason that you know about then you'd need to address it, in good time. But if it's unclear what the issue was then no contact, except to deal with parental issues, is prob for the best. Whatever you do DO NOT let your child suffer for it's parents problems.

@@blessingtakim-xz9bs 😂 I'm no coach, I have my own relationship issues, just saying what sounds right to me. Like to try to help people tho... Maybe I should learn to mind my own business a bit. Good luck tho, I really hope you end up in a better place. In my opinion, no contact should be a saved for when a person is unresponsive to attempts at communication. When you know you haven't done something totally awful and as a means to give each person time to think and process their thoughts and not be as reactive to each other. Then when you re-initiate communication it's not a continuation of an argumentative dynamic where people are being defensive and are more likely to misinterpret things. If you know for sure you have done nothing wrong and don't deserve the treatment your ex has been giving you then it should probably be them that make the effort to talk to you though. Again good luck.

That's exactly what my Ex did. No, it's not normal. It's pretty shocking. Only a highly confused person does that. It'll probably blow up in her face in 3 Months.
