Hi, Your sweaters are lovely and I was wondering if you had to alternate skeins on the Harlow sweater? The colour is just beautiful and so even.
@YoungfolkKnits
Жыл бұрын
Thank you. I did not alternate at all and I think it turned out well but it’s always a gamble haha
Kaci, I always enjoy watching your podcast. You have such a lovely way of talking about your love of knitting and the materials that you are working with. Seeing pictures of the farm and your home are lovely. Thank you for the hard work that you put in to this podcast. It is a joy spending time with you knitting.
Just discovered your podcast a couple days ago and have already binged watched several episodes while knitting! I feel like I’ve found a friend who also lives in the South and is obsessed with their chickens! It’s refreshing to see someone with curves and a bust model their knitwear and explain modifications for fit, making sweaters seem so much more accessible for less experiences and not-size-small knitters.

i just want to live inside of this tiny corner of your home, please & thank you (aesthetic knitting corner of my dreams )
Oh my gosh I have to say this! Thank you. Really thank you for not opening your video with “welcome or welcome back!” That is the most ridiculous thing someone started and everybody seems to copy each other. The way they open, the format, the list goes on and on. I do art videos. If I used someone else’s intro in my own videos people would call me out. It isn’t done. In fact the only place I see this kind of repetition is on knitting”podcasts” which they really aren’t. I enjoy your channel. The mix you put in of home life etc. and I’m a plant fanatic so that was a nice open today!❤

I just found your podcast. I love your musicand your content. I get balancing old project with new ones. I have a set of mitts to make, then I'm going to finish a cardigan I started 3 years ago. I'm on a holiday tagging along with my husband. I brought 8 small new projects and 4 old. It's overkill I know but 1/2 of the small projects are done. If I finish them all I get to start a new one! It's motivating. Be assured your podcasts will keep me company along the way. Thanks for doing what you do.

I got the saturn xl and I love it. Since I live in a climate where it's 12 months of shitty skiing weather, I can't really wear bags that are open at the top unless I want to risk the content of the bag.

I am a new knitter and find your videos so inspiring. Could I trouble you with a quick question. In order to avoid magic loop, should I buy 9 or 12 inch circulars for the sleeves.
Hi there. Can you please share what the bind off is that you were doing on the rust sweater ribbing worked with a tapestry needle? Love your podcasts.

If you’ve knit a sweater than you can knit this! I’d say advanced beginner - intermediate only because of the picking up stitches and short rows. It’s not difficult at all!
I need inspiration, can’t seem to make up my mind.
What was the sewn bind off that will you’re doing? Elizabeth Zimmer?
Curious how did the chickens react to the snow.
