    You can do many asanas , but not few. You should refer to some authentic books to search those.

    please would you help me, as a lot of muscular man, cannot bind in marychasana b,c,d please help one cannot go through second series otherwise, no yoga teacher is able to unblock on this aspect when one needs to improve binding
