This 70 minute yoga nidra for healing is a deeply healing and restorative guided meditation for when you need physical and emotional healing. Deep rest is essential to our overall physical, mental and emotional well-being. When we take time to deeply rest, our bodies can be healed at a cellular level. Our parasympathetic nervous system, lymphatic system and organs can do their natural work of repair. When you are experiencing illness, pain and emotional depletion this guided meditation for deep inner healing will allow you to tap into your own body’s innate capacity for healing.
In this yoga nidra meditation for healing we will trace your awareness through the network of cells, tissues, and organs to improve the free flow of energy along the pathways for your body’s wellbeing. This meditative sleep yoga allows you to open your awareness into different parts of your body to mobilize your own innate healing power. This free flow of energy will greatly assist your body’s innate healing capacity.

    Melissa was so good wonderful. I have a bad injury Friday burning my chest neck arms with hot water I been suffering but I am corajous and I do every thing to help me I listening 3 times directly and soothing me so much my pain and mind. Was soberb these yoga nidra came to me in these moments of my life. I am eternal grateful to you ❤️ 💛 May you be well May you be happy May you be free from suffering and harm 🙏

    With the approaching heat wave and politics here in America I was making myself sick. Thank you for this intervention. I admit I must of drifted off for most of it to awake at the end. So off with the tv news. It is certainly not essential for life itself (and can be counterproductive). I have faith everything will be ok and recommit myself to self care. Much love.

    Congratulations on completing your YTT Lauren! My biggest advice is to teach from your own practice. So you doing the right thing by making space for your own practice and then your teachings will flow out of your own experience. I also offering human design and gene key readings for yoga teachers. The reading covers: what kind of teaching you should do (what themes you should be teaching) the greatest challenge you will face in your teaching and how this can be a great resource for you as a teacher how to sustain your energy as a teacher how to connect with the core of your authentic expression as a yoga teacher who you are meant to work with as a yoga teacher (this includes your ideal yoga students, whether you are best suited to work one on one, with small groups or large groups) what you should be talking about and whether you are meant to be holding space or delivering a message your emotional design and how to deal with emotional clearing and projections from students what will drain your energy as a yoga teacher and what will create energy for you as a yoga teacher.
