    Thank you so much for this video. I have been waiting for it unpatiently🙏 unfortunately I can't make during migraine head down positions because more blood flows into my head and it hurts more. I know it is recommended but I can't do it. Standing positions are best for me. But thank you for another advices🙂 According your new intro music - I liked better your previous. Was more calm and and I associated it with peace and mindfulness. but don't take it personally. thank you for your all videos🙏
