    Omg thank you so much. I had awful pudendal neuralgia and endometriosis and I took a day off from my physio because I’m in a flare up. I will try it this evening ❤

    Is there any fascia or muscles release/training that could help my sensitive tailbone? Since last Nov., when I sit on my meditation cushion (and when bike riding), my tailbone aches when I lift my butt up. I fell on my tailbone when I was a kid but this is the first time that I’m having pain there. Am thankful for any suggestions
