    I didn’t realise how tight I was in the hips until I started doing this.I used a massage ball with the spikes may be a bit too intense, but my hips do feel loosen. thank you, doctor, Melissa ❤️

    This practice got me out of pain! Had a bit of flare up of my pelvic floor dysfunction last night and was up peeing and had to use a hot water bottle to relax the area. So grateful to you Dr. Melissa. You are a blessing!! Anyone experiencing pelvic, bladder issues HIGHLY ENOURAGE YOU TO SEEK OUT A PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST. My MD and the urologist thought I had interstitial cystitis. I had weeks of pain, restricted diet, no relief. My pelvic floor PT did a much more thorough intake and exam (urologist did no exam) and said it didn’t seem at all like interstitial cystitis. Within 5-6 weeks I was pain free again. Went back on my normal healthy diet with NO issues. These people are incredible and they know the pelvic anatomy better than the MDs. I learned so much from her and felt so supported.

    Can you suggest any videos I can do with a toe injury? I just started doing your videos faithfully the last 4 weeks and had a nasty big toe injury last Friday ( confirmed no fx) thank you
