Fantastic! I have been in and out of pelvic floor therapy for a couple of years, but haven’t found anyone who addresses the whole body and mind like you do. I especially appreciate the mobility movement you incorporate. So many of us who deal with chronic pain aren’t moving enough due to the fear of more pain. Thank you!

Honestly the fact this channel has so many subscribers for having so many videos geared specifically towards pelvic dysfunction shows how common these problems really are. After having my kids my pelvis, core, hips and low back have never been the same and I live in an area with poor healthcare so the physical therapists I’ve seen haven’t even been willing to entertain the idea my pelvis may be a huge contributor to the larger dysfunction. Anyways thanks for helping us get our power back! This video genuinely just helped me walk down my stairs pain free, something that doesn’t often occur.

Thank you so much for this! It’s hard to find this type of content. I recently started dancing again, which I LOVE. However, my pelvic floor is a bit less thrilled. I have incorporated some of the things I learned from this channel, which has helped me. This video might have saved me from stepping away from hip hop, which I am extremely excited about. I was wondering if you could do a routine specifically for pre/post dance class. Maybe even some quick exercises to do during the few seconds of breaks that get thrown in during the class. Thank you so much!

Thanks for being a follower for so long! I'm glad you've benefited from the release techniques I offer. If you're still having a lot of contractions in your vagina then I have two suggestions: 1) look into the mind-body connection (because an underlying "root cause" of unmanaged stress and anxiety might be contributing to the muscle spasms), and 2) see if you can find a pelvic floor specialist in your area for in-person treatment. Please explore this playlist to learn more about the mind-body-pelvic floor connection: kzread.info/head/PLDputRBPsHFS6H1d1EwGK3fmiMxJY3bSp
