In this class, we’ll explore poses that create a sense of calm as well as a sense of expansiveness in the chest and pelvis.

When to practice: whenever it fits your schedule and feels most supportive to you. I generally recommend practicing yoga not just on the days when one is in pain and in need of instant relief, but regularly to hopefully prevent or reduce pain in the future. Ultimately, it’s your call.
How often to practice: I usually recommend practicing some form of yoga at least three times/ week for my one-on-one clients, more often if it feels good to do so and it works for their schedule, less often if it doesn’t. Ultimately, it’s your call.
Journal Prompts/ Reflection Questions
*How did I feel before I started this class?
*How do I feel now, after class?
*What is one way I can create a sense of more space and expansiveness in my life?

The movements and your way of talking and guiding us are so warm and comforting. I really enjoy your video's, they make me feel a bit more happy. I looked for many video's but your style pops out as one of the nicer ones. Also for people without endometriosis this is perfect. For me with my endometriosis pain it was perfect, it was challenging enough with some small pains and very relaxing. It feels good afterwards.

Thank you for the request, but I won't be doing that. The length of each person's cycle and the length of the different phases for each person are different and fluctuate from cycle to cycle in the same person. We're not robots or textbook examples. So it wouldn't actually be helpful or accurate. Thanks again!
