Brian Shaw has an amazing personality besides being mega-man. There is humbleness in him. What a champion !

Terry was a great strongman. He just wasn't good enough to beat Mariusz, Z, or Shaw. 3 of the greatest this sport has ever seen.

Terry was able to tangle with the top 10 strongest men in the world for over a decade, that deserves a lot of respect even though he's never won it. Tbh if he ever got his head right and his life outside the competition wasn't frequently a mess leading up to the comp, he could've won a year. He just could never get his shit together sadly. I don't think we ever saw his best

Well none pf the other events maybe other than truck pull require a lot of grip strength, and putting it at the end would just be unkind to the competitors because they’d be so worn out and fatigued by then

@@marknesham1949 Stop being so overdramatic. The only people who dislike him are Eddie and his fans. He did an interview with Big Loz who called him a good friend and only said good things. He's done collabs with Licis, Larry Wheels, the Stoltman brothers ect and won every competition in strongman since. Mateusz has said positive things about him in the past. That drama has now enabled him to make millions in a boxing match and improve his platform. He has a newborn son and has now retired, lost a huge amount of weight and become healthier and have more time for his family. Yeah he's really lost out mate 👌😂😂

@@AA-tq7dm I'm not a particular fan of Eddie, I just think Thors behaviour at 2017 and 2018 WSM was absolutely pathetic, and not becoming of someone at his level - I generally like Thors chill attitude and fellow Scandinavian heritage more, but that just sort of tarnished it a bit. Though at the end of the day the drama just seems ridiculous.
I like how these guys are world class athletes and still so down to earth.

seeing these guys makes me think what their ancestors were like in wars before modern weapons. Could you imagine having to face one of these guys on the field with only a sword and shield?
I think Jenkins could've won this final had he not been injured. Won the first two events. A top 5 puller in this lineup, easily the second best log lifter here after Big Z and incredibly quick for stones. Who knows but think he was definitely in with a chance.

Most of these guys are monsters but there actualy verry nice guys just like alot of big pro bobybuilders or big pro wrestlers.

Pretty good? He still holds the drug-tested world records for raw squat and raw total (www.powerliftingwatch.com/records/raw/world). And he won the Arnold Strongman at 2002, with only a few months of preparation. He was top tier.

yes when I say "energy" that is what I was referring too just substitute the word nutrients with energy.
Pure strength and a TON of training to get the proper lifting techniques down. Their has been a few in history slip up and hurt themselves pretty badly but for the most part they just know really good form and concentrate on their lifting.
they do stuff like pulling trucks and lifting tyres, it just goes to show how much power there are in machines
