Wood Kitchen | Garden Fresh kalembula Goodness
For our final episode in part one of the Authentic Zambian Food series, Mama Garlic and I cooked up some yummy kalembula (sweet potato leaves). We thought it would be the perfect dish to tie up the series as it goes with almost any protein (like the ones we made earlier in the series 😉) and it’s sooo easy to make.

I made my niece watch this video and she's inspired!!! I told her it's absolutely delicious, and wanted to see it all for herself. She's a subbie now. Please keep cooking all the different vegetables for the rest of us in the diaspora to appreciate ❤
