we’ve teamed up with @mobkitchen to bring some wagamama classics to campus this freshers, with our new collab series #wokfromhalls

the sauce

2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
5cm piece of ginger
4 tbsp mild curry powder
2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp plain flour
600ml vegetable stock
200ml coconut milk
2 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp chilli flakes
50ml sriracha / tabasco

2 large chicken breasts
2 egg
50g flour
60g panko breadcrumbs
250g sachet of cooked rice
20g mixed leaves (we use red chard and spinach)
salt
vegetable oil

Aw man aren't you gonna say some Japanese words wrong or explain why you put coconut milk in there If you don't say now it's really starting to Cat Soooooo it's not fun for me to watch
